Delete data and account

Local cycle data

You can delete local data in NolaCycle through Settings. Removing the app also deletes its protected app storage on the device. Files and backups you exported yourself must be deleted separately.

Optional account and cloud backup

If you use optional end-to-end encrypted cloud backup, you can delete the account and cloud vault under Backup & device transfer. This removes the encrypted data stored on the server.

Send your request from the address linked to the account to support@nolacycle.de. Do not send cycle or health data by email.
